Description
산소 차단성 수지를 이용해 개발된 이생의 다층 공압출 Sheet (PP/EVOH/PP, PS/EVOH/PS)는 원료가공 공정에서부터 첨가제
및 가소제의 사용을 엄격하게 제한 하고 다층 공압출 (Multilayer co-extruded Process ; 최대 9층 구성) 공정에서도
소재의 압출 후 산화에서 환원으로 교체되는 공법을 개발하여 제조공정에 적용함으로써 뛰어난 보존성과 차단성, 위생성을 가지고 있습니다.
이를 통해 엄격한 생산 공정 및 위생환경 관리 하에서 생산된 Sheet는 상온에서 장기보존이 가능한 무균식품, 레토르트 살균 및 저온살균
식품 등을 위한 열성형 플라스틱 식품 포장재의 생산에 사용되고 있습니다.

- Density: approx 0.90 ~ 0.96g/㎤
- Long ambient product shelf life up to 12 months with excellent O2 barrier
and hygienic function
- OTR: Oxygen transmission rate determined on the individual thermoformed
tray
- Retortability: Temperature resistant over 120 °C (for PP/EVOH/PP Sheet)
- Reheatable in a microwave oven (for PP/EVOH/PP Sheet)
- Heat sealable with peelable lid
- Structure modification on request
